Kate shared a series of post-workout pics on Instagram alongside the caption: “On a kick 💪 (favorite outfit this week✨more in stories)” If you scroll through the carousel, you see Kate’s abs, toned booty, and arms from all angles.

Then, Kate takes a Britney Spears-inspired dance break and gives her abs the spotlight they deserve. She twirls and shakes to reveal all the muscles around her core. She also shares a clip of leg lifts using a folding chair. It looks intense, and Kate is clearly concentrating hard on her form for each move. In case it wasn’t already clear, the clip includes the text: “This was not an easy workout.”
